You get a unique URL such as returnmyorder.co.uk/yourshopname. Customers use it to look up their order, choose what they are returning and why, and choose drop-off or collection. Drop-off customers receive a QR code to print the label in store, and collection customers have the label brought by the driver. You see every request, label and scan event from your dashboard.

No. Return My Order is printer-free for customers. If they choose drop-off, they receive a QR code to scan at the shop or drop-off location so the label can be printed there. If they choose collection, the driver brings the label.

By default, returns are offered to your customers free of charge. The associated shipping costs are then billed to you as the business/seller. This can be changed by assigning rules to each reason for return when creating your store. For example, if the buyer tells us they are returning the order because they "Changed their Mind", you can set this to "Buyer pays postage" or "We do not accept returns for this reason".
